Our innovative AM (Additive Manufacturing) coolant clamp, positioned at a safe distance from the cutting edge, makes the clamp more secure and high-pressure coolant is delivered right on target. This not only maximizes tool life and enhances component surface finish but also ensures better chip control even at high cutting depths.
The robust construction and positioning of the AM clamp resists chip hammering, a common cause of clamp wear and instability. So, fewer replacements, less downtime, and a more consistent machining process.

Double security for both negative and positive inserts

Our JETI M-Clamp toolholders now provide double clamping security, not only for negative inserts, but also for round positive ones.
Until now, this kind of strong clamping system was typically only available for negative inserts, using an eccentric pin screw and a top clamp. But with the addition of a center-lock screw alongside the top clamp, round positive inserts now benefit from improved stability and better rotational security.
This upgrade helps keep inserts firmly in place, lowers the chance of movement, and boost’s reliability in tough machining conditions.

Our JETI M-Clamp toolholders use the same key size on both the clamp and insert screw. The twist function of the top clamp allows it to be rotated away to make insert indexing easier.
